Empower GENNOW is a dynamic nonprofit championing diversity and inclusion in the workforce. Their mission is to empower young professionals in Greater Cincinnati through training, mentorship, and job placement, fostering equitable and sustainable growth.
Renika Smiley, the visionary founder and CEO, has become a trusted voice, invited to speak at over 250 events. When tasked with redesigning their website, my goal was clear: to create a digital platform that embodies their values, demonstrates their impact, and amplifies their ability to attract and retain talent.
